Merry Christmas!
I've had a very lovely Christmas and there's still more to come.Christmas Eve was spent watching movies with family then in the A.M Tanya, Julie and I went to Kat's (since she was alone) and had chips and ginger ale while we all sat on her bed and played mad libs. We went home and in the morning we woke up, opened presents then had pancakes and watched Home Alone <3. I'm off to family dinner at 3:00 then after that it's the annual get together at Jackie's. Can't wait to see Kelly and Sean and Amanda and Vignir!
I hope everyone has a nice Christmas! <3 Much love to everyone on my flist!

Tomorrow after work I HAVE to clean. With people coming up during the holidays, my apartment is a massacre. I still don't care about my spare too much, but my kitchen and living need a lot of work. I have to clean/clear the floors, dust, do dishes, clean the bathroom, etc, all between 9 and midnight after work tonight. Since thursday after work we are all going right to mom's to have x-mas dinner. Then I'm staying over mom's that night into Christmas day. I may leave early, but I'm going to try and watch more You're Beautiful with Julie in the afternoon before people come over that night. So really I only have tonight to finish or I'll be in trouble.
Tiff, Tanya, and I finished Bad Couple monday night and it was an amazing drama!! It was funny, serious, a lonely-maker, and overly sad at times. I did not expect all these emotions from a series. Usually it's the same old go where I am jealous of the main characters relationship, and find them overly adorable and want that myself. Although that is still true in this drama, the serious/sad aspect of it made it so much more real and appealing. It wasn't just a dream world, and it really pulled at my heart-strings in many angles. And no one was overly hot or physically attractive at first glance. They were appealing because of their personality and therefore, from that, made them attractive.
To me, this series was a rare find, and a rare gem in my mind. It leaves a lastly impression that one wants from a series. I'm very glad I watched it.
Oh, and I got my secret santa present from Tiff on sunday. I got a new vampire book series "House of Night". Thanks tiff, now I have to find time to finish the Twilight series, Maximum Ride, and now these 5 books, while trying to learn Korean and dances. LOL. Oh, she also got me a picture of F4 from Boys Over Flowers. They are quite tasty. And speaking of which, my box sets of BoF shipped yesterday with the necklace and earings. I'm can't wait to get it. I'm more excited for the $12 necklace that the dvds, even with the special extras. I just think it's an awesome necklace, and I'll probably get comments on it and people won't know it's from a k-drama. LOL.

SME is really taking a hit this year. First with TVXQ trio and now Hankyung from Super Junior is requesting his contract terminated. WTF?! At this point, you start to wonder if it's all SM's fault. I mean, a 13 year contract is extreme, and they should have more flexibility in their own careers. However, asking for termination seems like much; a renegotiation of the contract would seem more reasonable. However, with Hankyung wanting to void the contract fully, everyone believes that he wants to do solo work with SM, but they won't let him aside from Super Junior and SJM.
I think he should be allowed, but why not negotiate it. Being part of SJM has spread Korea's members into the Chinese market, and has expanded SM's scope and profit. They can't lose him. Just like they can't lose TVXQ. It would be silly.
I personally would love to hear a Hankyung solo album. I think it would do really well. But why are they so hung up on him doing SJ stuff. Even Kibum gets to act in movies and dramas way more than sing/rap with his other members in Super Junior, and he is allowed by SM to do so. He has missed concerts, live performances, music videos and photoshoots, to do what he wants. It seems they allow him to do other things even though I'm sure he is contracted as a Super Junior member. *sigh* SJM is becoming really huge, and not just in China. This year has been amazing for them. I can't believe this is happening.
Even Kyuhyun was vaguely siding with SME, saying on his Cyworld that - "Even a beast don't bite the hand that feeds one..... I can not understand...." And because of definite hate mail that followed he had to close his Cyworld account.
This is getting out of hand. Man, I'm worried I'll never see TVXQ and all of Super Junior in Concert ever! Oh god. At least there are a lot of members to keep it going.......I hope anyway. If anything happens to SHINee or Big Bang, I'm going to freak out. It seems like when we decide to go to Korea all shit breaks loose.

I know I shouldn't be ordering more stuff, but how can't I. They are finally releasing DBSK's Mirotic Concert DVD!!! Hells yeah!!! You get the concert, photobook, bookmarks (which is so freaking cool), and a poster. Oh yeah! And in addition to this great news, some station in japan I think got DBSK's new japanese single: Break Out! And it's not even supposed to be released as a single until the end of January. Save to say I downloaded it...LOL. Here it is (I can't wait until the PV comes out):
Namie Amuro also released on a new album. I didn't get a chance to listen to it yet, but I'm sure I'll like it. Her music is different, but I always like it in the end.

Exams, they are done. Finished my take-home at, like, seven this morning. Then slept three hours, go up, and went to Kimmy's to construct our yearly disasters. Needless to say they are epic, as always. 8D Pictures may or may not be put up. Depends how long it takes me to get them off mah phone.
We also made Guy and Jade gingerbread men. We. Rock.
In other news, I finally got confirmation that yes, I do have a ride to Halifax on Tuesday. Yay Kelly! :D *visits*

I plan on going on a mall mission tomorrow sometime. If anyone wants to brave the mall/wal-mart with me please feel free. The company would be awesome in the last minute Christmas shopping craze!
I planned on getting my mom and sister something but augh! I don't know what to get them and they're both being childish. And apparently my Dad is coming home for Christmas? What. The. Fuck? It feels like he just left. I'm not complaining but something seems very strange about that. Anyway, this will be the first Christmas my Dad will be home for in years.
I have to say, though, I'm totally not looking forward to Christmas dinner with both him and my mom under the same roof. :\

Did an hour of over time at work tonight. Go me.
Working overtime makes me a vicious, cranky bitch however. I think it was pretty apparent to everyone I walked by.
Also I think I've lost my sense of smell or I've just become far too accustomed to the disgusting sewage-y smell of the Deli. Four seperate people on four seperate occasions told me tonight (last night?) that the Deli smelled like rot and they could barely take it. And I couldn't smell anything out of the ordinary. Seriously. I couldn't smell anything....

I feel like I'm going through the motions of living. I mean this in the least emo sounding way as possible. lmao. I'm not trying to be emo here at all.
But I feel like a zombie most of the time. I just go through the motions automatically. I know what needs to be done and I just do it without any thought. And then when I get home I can't sleep. Or when I finally do get to sleep I can only sleep comfortably for the most of 4 hours before I start doing that waking up and falling back asleep thing. The only time I get a decent sleep is when I have someone sleep over. :\
fsghfdg My brain is mush.
I need something to stimulate my brain. Work is mind numbing. It's the same monotonous task over and over again. Trays, G&G, Salads, Salad Case, Clean. Rinse&Repeat. Every night. Ugh. I like knowing what I'm doing and I hate being a newbie and learning new shit but UGH I hate doing the same task on repeat even more. New job get! Someday in the near future even though I know it won't happen for a long ass time
----
Can it be the weekend please?
I've been crazy busy. I didn't even get to be all happy that it's Christmas Break yet. Oh yeah, it's Christmas break, btw. \o/ Woooooooooooooo
I think, if I can afford it, I might take march break off from work so I can actually enjoy myself. Maybe? I don't know. It's tenative because I really don't think I can afford it.

Kat gave Tanya and I are birthday gifts tonight! Although they are late, I don't care!! She got us K-idol pictures! ^_^ Tanya got one of Taeyang from Big Bang, and I got my first DBSK picture: YUNHO!! OMG! I don't want to go against Donghae, but this picture is HAWT! It's probably one from a Calvin Klein photoshoot, and I love it. He's sitting on a couch, in a white wife-beater top, with headphones around his neck. It's so sexy! Though, I have no idea where I want to hang it yet.
Tiff, Tanya, and I just searched through a bunch of dramas on dramafever.com and came across an awesome one. It aired in 2007, but it's really good. It's called 'Bad Couple'. It's about a 30-something fashion magazine editor who wants to have a child, but doesn't want to get married. So she determines which guy would have the best genes and seduces him so that she can get pregnant. Her attempts are awesome since the guy she picks doesn't really notice her constant advances. LOL. But then after they do have sex, he gets attached to her, which she doesn't want. Then of course, K-drama protocol occurs where she wants to keep him away because that was her decision, but she then starts to like him. It's really interesting. I can't wait to see more.
Yes, I caved and ordered Boys Over Flowers box sets and jewelry. I just had too. Right after we finished it, I wanted to watch it again, and I really want that necklace.
Dramas seen so far: Coffee Prince, Heading to the Ground, Hon (Soul), and Boys over Flowers. Four is pretty good, and I have three I'm watching right now.

Tiff, Tanya, and I just finished Boys Over Flowers!!!
You can totally tell Boys Over Flowers was based on a manga and anime. Some of the characters and situations scream japanese writing. LOL. However, I have only seen the korean drama and I must say: BRAVO!! This series kicks ass, and is definitely up there with Coffee Prince for sure!
I love all of the F4! They are all so hot and awesome. The only down side was Woo Bin. I really liked him a lot, but he was the only member of F4 that didn't really get much of a story or background. However, the suggestive shonen-ai between him and Yi Jung more than made up for it. LOL.
I am totally buying both seasons! I even found the necklace and matching earrings on YesAsia, and I think I'm going to get them too. They are freaking expensive to get both boxes at once, but I got a x-mas bonus from work, so I want to spoil myself. And they come with a photobook and behind the scenes.
Next to that, Julie and I are slowly making our way through You're Beautiful. We can only really watch it on sundays, so it's hard to get through too many episodes when they are each an hour long. However, for the 7 episodes we did see, we LOVE!! At first, that series didn't grab me like BoF did, however, once you get into it, you start to understand the appeal. My favorite is definitely Shin Woo. I like Tae Kyung a lot too, but the charm of Shin Woo is so attractive! ^_^
Well that's enough k-drama talk for one entry. Amanda will be home soon, and then Kell and Sean! Yay!
And then Avatar this friday! Sweet!

Ugh it's been storming like crazy for what feels like forever. Today the roads were really bad. I'm lucky I made it safely to the college and back today. Not only that but it is EXTREMELY cold outside and we don't have a scraper for our car for some ungodly reason. This must be remedied.
I was at the college basically all day finishing up final assignments. I only have one left now and that's my Illustration project. I'll be doing it at Kat's because she has to do her's too and she has the 8.5x11 paper that I need to do it with. MoMo will be there too so we can see her before she goes home for Christmas since we didn't get to due to the weather today. This weekend has been packed with stuff. Mostly school work with a bit of socializing on the side.
Mom and Dad decorated for Christmas. It was pretty sudden. I just went upstairs and suddenly we had a fully decorated tree and all the other trimmings. <3 <3 <3 <3 I love Christmas.
MAN I'm hungry! I think it's about time I go scour the fridge for something to nom on.

I don't normally post art but I drew something I actually like. I haven't drawn anything [i like] in ages. Strange that this was for my class. Normally I don't turn out anything I like for school. I'm prepared to get defensive if Brian, my teacher, says anything against this. I worked on it for a freaking long time... so... he can suck it if he doesn't like it.
